Shipping policy

Most of our items are custom, made to order, or prepared specifically for your purchase. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary by product. Estimated processing times may also be listed on individual product pages.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time before shipment. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery destination.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Green Flamingo Trading Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or you experience another delivery issue, contact us at Support@TheGreenFlamingoTradingCo.com and include your order number.
